We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS)

• The App offers auto-renewable subscription services.
• Subscription titles, durations, and prices are clearly displayed within the App prior to purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse the App, infringe others' rights, or engage in illegal or harmful activities.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App remain the exclusive property of Qiezhui Tech.

6. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://qiezhui.tech/mocktimerpro/en/privacy-policy.html .

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This license agreement is governed by the laws of China excluding its conflicts of law rules.
